Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely spa weekend at this hotel with friends, where we enjoyed spacious accommodations and fantastic spa treatments. The restaurant staff was attentive and catered well to dietary restrictions, though the hot tub size left a bit to be desired. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, particularly the dining and relaxation elements.
Our recent stay was quite an experience, with a mix of highs and lows. While the spa treatments were lovely and the staff attentive, the room left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort and modernity. Dining was generally good, but we did face some service hiccups. All in all, it was a decent getaway, but there are improvements needed for a perfect stay.
We had a great time at this hotel, using it as a base to explore Kent. The location was ideal, closely situated to the motorway and local attractions. The staff were kind, particularly the restaurant team who went above and beyond. However, we faced some issues with the room's air conditioning and experienced a few hiccups with the breakfast service before the main restaurant reopened.
Overall, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere with warm staff and a convenient location. The spa treatments I experienced were great, and while the restaurant served some delicious food, the service left a lot to be desired. I was really disappointed with the state of the pool area and other facilities, which seemed a bit dated and poorly maintained. However, the value for staying here, particularly for bed and breakfast, was quite reasonable.
Our stay was mostly enjoyable, particularly due to the excellent spa treatments and the welcoming atmosphere provided by staff like Angie at the restaurant. However, we faced some serious issues with cleanliness and the dining experience during our recent visit, which impacted our overall satisfaction.
